ANGIOGRAPHY
Angiography is a medical imaging technique used to visualize the inside of blood vessels and organs of the body, particularly arteries, veins, and the heart chambers. This procedure is essential for diagnosing and managing various cardiovascular conditions, such as blockages, aneurysms, or abnormalities in blood flow. Angiography is commonly used for conditions like coronary artery disease, pulmonary embolism, and peripheral artery disease.
PACEMAKER
Pacemaker is a small medical device implanted in the chest or abdomen to help regulate abnormal heart rhythms, known as arrhythmias. Pacemakers are commonly used to treat conditions like bradycardia (slow heart rate) or heart block, where the heart’s natural electrical system is impaired. These devices play a crucial role in improving heart function, enhancing quality of life, and preventing complications such as fatigue, dizziness, or fainting caused by irregular heartbeats.
Simple & Complex Angioplasty (PTCA)
PTCA (Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty) is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat narrowed or blocked coronary arteries caused by plaque buildup. It involves inserting a thin catheter with a balloon at its tip into the affected artery. PTCA is commonly used to relieve symptoms of coronary artery disease, such as chest pain (angina) or shortness of breath, and to reduce the risk of heart attack.
